She Knows.
She Can.
Women’s Empowerment Program
The She Knows. She can. program is based on a simple premise:
When women have knowledge, support, and space to practice, they can participate in society and the economy with stability, confidence, and autonomy.
This is not short-term assistance.
It is long-term work on security, self-confidence, and visibility.
Why This Program Exists
1. Women’s perspective as a resource, not an ideology
The program does not impose identities or require formal affiliation with any movement.
It starts from the understanding that women’s experiences, care-oriented approaches, and ways of solving problems have real value for the community.
The goal is not a “battle of genders,” but equality in practice.
2. Digital skills as a matter of safety and rights
Digital space has become everyday living space—often without clear rules, knowledge, or protection.
Research in Serbia shows:
-
lower digital skill levels compared to the EU average,
-
a pronounced gender gap,
-
high exposure to digital violence and misuse.
Raising women’s digital skills means:
-
greater economic security,
-
stronger protection,
-
increased social visibility.
3. Mental health and long-term stress
Studies conducted during and after the COVID-19 pandemic show:
-
higher levels of stress, anxiety, and depression among women,
-
intensified social and economic pressures.
The program includes accessible methods that support bodily and psychological stabilization through practical tools.

does not disappear when the project ends.
Knowledge remains.
Skills are applied.
Support continues.
