Empowerment Programs

Empowerment within SPOJ means long-term work with people who face structural, social, or invisible forms of exclusion.
The goal of these programs is not short-term assistance, but the creation of conditions for stability, self-confidence, and active participation in the community.

She Knows. She Can.

This program is designed for women who, due to social, family, or economic circumstances, have not had access to adequate education and support.
Through a combination of knowledge, practical skills, and personal empowerment work, the program contributes to greater economic and social security for women.

(In)Visible

This program addresses issues of invisible disabilities and multiple forms of discrimination, with the goal of increasing understanding, self-advocacy, and social visibility.
