Empowerment within SPOJ means long-term work with people who face structural, social, or invisible forms of exclusion.
The goal of these programs is not short-term assistance, but the creation of conditions for stability, self-confidence, and active participation in the community.

This program is designed for women who, due to social, family, or economic circumstances, have not had access to adequate education and support.
Through a combination of knowledge, practical skills, and personal empowerment work, the program contributes to greater economic and social security for women.
